Shelter is backing Keep Warm Keep Well, the Department of Health's campaign to fight cold-related illness this winter.

The Keep Warm Keep Well campaign offers advice on staying healthy, living well and keeping warm this winter.

A free Winter Guide is available that gives practical tips on keeping warm and staying healthy during the colder months. You can download it from the Keep Warm Keep Well page on the Directgov website, where you’ll also find more information about the campaign.
