Bankruptcy and replacement vehicle value
In bankruptcy, exempt valuable vehicles can be replaced with a cheaper alternative. The guide price for a replacement vehicle has increased from £2,000 to £3,250.

Call for evidence on enforcement launched
The Civil Justice Council (CJC) Enforcement Working Group has launched a call for evidence on enforcement. The group is seeking views on:
experience and awareness of enforcement
information about potential judgment debtors
support for debtors
proposed improvements to the system of enforcing judgments
