Response: Home Office consultation on anti-social behaviour

Due to our remit and the wide-ranging scope of this consultation, our response is focused on those measures that relate specifically to housing. In particular we  respond to the Housing Minister‟s proposal for mandatory possession following breach of a court order for anti-social behaviour or a housing-related conviction for an indictable offence.
