This in-depth course covers landlord and tenant law, challenging homelessness decisions, disrepair, harassment, illegal eviction, and domestic abuse.
You’ll learn to identify assignment and succession rights of different tenancy types, advise clients on how to challenge homelessness decisions, and understand the occupation rights of people affected by domestic abuse.

You should already have experience in homelessness, tenancy status and housing rights. You might work as an adviser, for a social landlord or for a local authority in housing or homelessness.
