Course summary

This course covers landlord and tenant law, challenging homelessness decisions, disrepair, harassment, illegal eviction, and domestic abuse.

You’ll learn to identify and advise on assignment and succession rights of different tenancy types, advise clients on how to challenge homelessness decisions and understand the occupation rights of those affected by domestic abuse.

You should already have completed our Housing law and advice foundation (Part A) course or have experience in homelessness, tenancy status and rights.
