A corporate partner of Shelter
In January 2025, we announced a new corporate partnership with Karndean Designflooring. As the UK's leading supplier of luxury vinyl flooring, Karndean is well known for beautiful flooring that brings a home to life.
Karndean will support Shelter's advice and advocacy services for people who face homelessness and unfit housing. Also, they will work with us in our campaign to tackle housing injustice.
Fundraising communities
Karndean is proud to pledge £25,000 in 2025 to support Shelter's vital work. They will raise this through fundraising events and corporate donations, including:
a donation for every free chip sample returned to Karndean head office to be reused or recycled
fundraising events at their showrooms – Evesham head office and showroom, Material Source Manchester, Material Source Glasgow and Clerkenwell, London
excess flooring donated to four Shelter retail stores for reuse or resale
a donation for every employee who supports Shelter with their paid volunteering day
To maximise impact, Karndean will collaborate with customers, including retail partners, commercial contractors, architects and interior designers. They will host a series of fundraising events throughout the year.
