Our participatory research
We’re constantly looking for ways to give those with multiple and complex needs a say in how their services are run.
Our Core Group – people with first-hand experience of the issues we deal with – played a key role in all decisions that affect the way we work.
Fulfilling Lives Evaluation
We also took part in the Fulfilling Lives Evaluation, which allows each of the 12 centres in the National Lottery Community Fund’s Fulfilling Lives initiative to share knowledge more effectively.
Led by CFE Research, this scheme helped us to develop an idea of what clients across the country are facing and how we can best support them.
