We offer a comprehensive free housing advice service including help with finding accommodation, applying for benefits and advice on everything from disrepair to disagreements with landlords.
Shelter's solicitors are able to offer legal advice and court representation in housing cases, including possession hearings and anti-social behaviour injunctions, for those eligible for legal aid.
Additional services include a personal budgeting service to help people budget and manage their money, particularly while moving onto universal credit.
We offer floating support for those returning to Rochdale from prison and others by referral.
We also have computers and phones in the centre for your use in resolving housing issues, or to find information to help with benefit or debt problems.
