This course involves a detailed examination of eligibility, homelessness, priority need, intentionality, and local connection.
You’ll learn about the duties, provision, and suitability of accommodation under Part 7 Housing Act 1996. The training also covers case law on allocations, the current statutory framework and the process of homelessness decision-making and challenging decisions.
We’ll also provide materials for self directed learning.
