This course covers recent and important cases on suitability, affordability, intentional homelessness, discharge of duties, priority need, eligibility, repeat applications and homelessness prevention.
You’ll learn how recent case law has impacted homelessness law and how other areas of law, such as the Equality Act, influence homelessness decision making.
