Course summary
This course covers how to make complex homelessness decisions under section 184 of the Housing Act 1996, such as when accommodation is reasonable to continue to occupy, priority need, vulnerability and intentional homelessness.
You’ll learn to understand how decisions should be made and communicated to the applicant, and the importance of record keeping supporting the decision.
