Carol Huggins

Carol is a qualified PTTLS trainer specialising in welfare benefits and financial inclusion since 2008 having started as a volunteer for Citizens Advice over 20 years ago. Carol's work has involved representing clients at First Tier Tribunal, publishing numerous articles and booklets on welfare benefits. An experienced manager and a strong advocate to reduce poverty and increase financial resilience. Carol creates new and bespoke training courses to deliver in-house for organisations across the voluntary sector.
