Liz Patterson

Liz started her training and coaching business in 1996. She now delivers over 40 soft-skill training workshops and is passionate about delivering subjects that can make a difference within an organisation. Having worked in many sectors (local government, housing organisations, financial and charity) Liz has extensive experience in all aspects of the training cycle from consultancy, design, delivery and evaluation. Liz has run a vast amount of training workshops on various topics including interview skills, conflict resolution, coaching, dealing with difficult customers, customer care, equality & diversity, management, mediation, presentation skills, stress management, team building and telephone skills.
