John McQuade

John has held several senior roles in risk management and compliance and has third sector experience in the arts and youth sectors as a participant, volunteer, and director. He is a passionate advocate for equity, inclusion and diversity and is currently acting as Compliance & Conduct Risk Director for Tesco Bank, where he is the Executive Sponsor for the Enabled network, which aims to support and empower disabled colleagues.
