Chris Pitt

Chris is the CEO of first direct where he is responsible for the delivery of the people, customer and business outcomes. Prior to starting this role in 2020, he was the Chief Marketing Officer of HSBC UK, having spent the bulk of his career at the TSB, Marks and Spencer Financial Services and Tesco Bank in marketing or product development roles. Chris is a Fellow of the Marketing Society having previously served as the President of the Marketing Society in Scotland. (Date appointed: 27 March 2024)
