What this course covers
Face to face and webinar training includes:
a framework for understanding housing law, including common law and statute
basic introduction to tenure and the distinction between licence and tenancy
different tenancy rights and grounds for possession
the five tests of homelessness
the history of housing legislation, including the Rent Act 1977, the Housing Acts, and the Protection from Eviction Act 1977
changes introduced by the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 to prevent and relieve homelessness
