Join Team Shelter for an exciting new challenge! Push yourself and raise money to help us be there for anyone facing housing injustice.

We’re challenging you to complete 100 squats a day for 31 days in May. The challenge is open to everyone and it's free to sign up. If you’re under 18, you'll need to sign up with an adult.

How to take part

Signing up is easy. Just follow these simple steps: 

  1. Join our Facebook group.

  2. Set up your Facebook fundraiser. Not done this before? You can find full instructions in our frequently asked questions.

  3. Request your free T-shirt. You can do this in the Facebook group. 

  4. Get involved! Our Facebook group is there to motivate and support you during your challenge. Ask the rest of the community questions, share your success with them, and join in!

How to raise sponsorship

Here are five proven things you can do to help you hit your fundraising goal:

  1. Lead by example. Make the first donation yourself.

  2. Put a post on your fundraising page explaining why you’re doing the challenge

  3. Share your page on WhatsApp with friends and family

  4. Post photos and videos of yourself doing the challenge

  5. Post updates as you hit key milestones
