Our No Wrong Door approach governs the way we share information, develop our team, review work and share knowledge.
This process was co-produced in partnership with people who have lived experience of multiple disadvantages and has led to four principles:
access: we regularly review the way people access our services and the support we provide in order to make sure we treat people as individuals.
practice: we are committed to developing our team and to continuously improving our approach to helping people.
information: our shared-data systems mean we can work more efficiently by having better access to information and reduce duplication.
expertise: we work together to share knowledge, helping us to grow and tackle inequality.
At the heart of No Wrong Door is a drive to listen to the people we work with – and it’s made a huge difference to our services.
